Updated review on Lost in Baliboo
Review downgraded to 1star, due to non existent support! The Pixonic web site has no option to contact them, and the in game support just ignores you.. I have been waiting weeks for a response to several issues I have encountered and I have re-written them with no reply at all. If you cant complete quests due to a problem with their game then they should acknowledge this problem and address it promptly for their customers. But they dont seem to care about solving issues, so it will be their loss in the long run when customers leave out of frustration! I for one will be warning others of this companies lack of customer service and advise people to run!
