Good...but crashes

I started playing this a little while ago, and I really liked it. It crashed once or twice, but I figured this was normal when playing for extended periods of time. But now I unlocked a second area, and it crashes whenever I try to go there. Now its crashing all the time, and I am losing things I did before it crashed.
And I may be wrong, but my coins are disappearing whenever it crashes.
Please fix this problem! I am really enjoying the game!
