Really not sure how to rate this

I have played a lot and it was really fun. But..... I now have no more task to complete and I havent found the captain, I have the boat, but what am I suppose to do with it. Ive checked everywhere on-line and nothing. Does anybody play this game? I have 5 friends but cant do anything with/for them.
If anybody knows anything about this game I would like to know.
